Marcy has provided coaching, consulting, team-building/alignment and facilitation for leadership development programs, improving effectiveness and communication skills for clients in the following industries: Financial, Healthcare, Education, Research, Legal, Entertainment, Utility, and Mining.

Marcy earned her Master’s Degree in Positive Organizational Behavior and Evaluation from Claremont Graduate University, where she studied with Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi (Flow, Creativity). She is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach and holds multiple certifications including: ATD Master Trainer, Hogan Leadership Assessments, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, DiSC, EQ-i 2.0, Prosci Change Management, Risk Type Compass and Insights Discovery. Marcy is also a trained theatre actor, improviser and member of the Screen Actors’ Guild, having appeared in plays, award-winning independent films, national commercials and training videos.
