Michelle is passionate about helping leaders and their teams reach their dreams and transform their lives. Over the last 20 years, she has fine-tuned her learning and development expertise, including managing 200+ team members, receiving her Master of Science in Instructional Science and Technology, becoming a certified master trainer, creating hundreds of instructor-led and computer-based training courses, and diving deep into the neuroscience behind adult learning. This expertise, combined with Michelle’s passion for helping people boldly step into the life they’ve always dreamed of, ensures the creative design and launch of effective training strategies that help companies find their moxie.

During her free time, Michelle works with her husband, supporting his non-profit that helps free veterans and first responders from the effects of PTSD using horses as a pathway to healing. Michelle lives on a ranch in Texas with her husband, son, and their beloved animals, including one cat, three dogs, and four horses.
