Moxie Referral Program
Terms and Conditions

1. Program Overview The Moxie Institute Referral Program is established to reward existing clients for referring new customers to coaching, training workshops, or public workshops. By participating in this program, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Participant Eligibility To be eligible for participation in the Referral Program, you must:

  • Be a current or former client of Moxie who has successfully completed at least one Moxie service or membership.

  • Ensure that referrals are made through the official referral channels provided by Moxie Institute below.

3. Referral Submission Process

  • Referrals must be submitted using the designated referral form available on our website and newsletters or by email to referrals@moxieinstitute.com

  • The referral submission must include the prospective client’s full name, company, and contact information.

  • Referrals submitted through other means may not be accepted or processed. Documentation is required.

4. Incentive Structure

  • Referrers will receive a cash reward for each successful referral that results in a new client booking—and starting—a workshop, coaching program, or live workshop.

  • Incentives will be processed and paid out within 30 days following the start of the referred client’s service.

  • The reward amount and structure are subject to change at Moxie’s discretion, with prior notice to participants.

  • Referees will be offered 10% off any new Moxie service.

5. Referral Tracking and Verification

  • Referrals will be tracked automatically via our CRM or manually by Moxie’s sales, account management, or operations team.

  • It is the responsibility of the referrer to ensure that all referral details are accurate and complete. Moxie is not responsible for delays or errors due to inaccurate information.

6. Prevention of Abuse Moxie strictly prohibits any form of referral abuse. This includes:

  • Self-Referrals: Using multiple accounts or identities to refer oneself or referring oneself through different methods.

  • Fraudulent Referrals: Submitting referrals that do not result in genuine new customer engagements, or using false or misleading information.

  • Misrepresentation: Providing inaccurate or misleading information about the program or its benefits to potential referrals.

  • Collusion: Collaborating with individuals or entities to artificially inflate referral counts or rewards.

7. Monitoring and Detection

  • Moxie reserves the right to monitor, review, and audit all referral activities to ensure compliance with these terms.

  • Any detected abuse may result in immediate suspension from the Referral Program, revocation of rewards, and potential permanent removal from the program.

8. Consequences of Abuse

  • Immediate Suspension: Individuals suspected of abuse will be suspended from the Referral Program pending investigation.

  • Revocation of Rewards: Rewards obtained through abusive practices will be revoked, and the referring party will be ineligible for future rewards.

  • Termination of Participation: Individuals found to be abusing the program may be permanently removed and barred from future participation.

  • Legal Action: Moxie reserves the right to pursue legal action in cases of severe abuse or fraudulent activities.

9. Eligibility for Rewards

  • Rewards are only eligible for referrals that result in a new client starting a Moxie service they paid for via signed contract or online payment.

  • Referrals made after a proposal has been issued, or a purchase has been completed are not eligible for rewards.

  • Moxie Institute will not provide retroactive compensation for services previously rendered or for leads and prospects already in the sales process. This includes referrals for individuals or companies that, prior to today, have shown interest in our services through verbal commitment, email or form submissions, discovery calls held, or scheduled discovery calls.


10. Program Modifications and Termination

  • Moxie reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program at any time without prior notice.

  • Participants will be informed of any significant changes or discontinuations of the program.

  • The program will be evaluated periodically, and adjustments may be made based on program performance and feedback.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

  • Personal data collected through the referral process will be handled in accordance with Moxie’s Privacy Policy.

  • Data will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Referral Program and will be kept confidential.

12. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes or concerns related to the Referral Program should be directed to Moxie’s program administration team at referrals@moxieinstitute.com.

  • All decisions regarding disputes are final and binding. Participants may submit formal appeals if they believe they have been incorrectly accused of abuse.
